Financial Abuse - Stealing From The Elderly

You always hear about people that steal from the elderly and it is really sick. I was sent this documentary by one of my son’s friend. The documentary is about a 83 year old man named Bert. He really is pretty interesting. The documentary is about 9 to 10 minutes long and requires Quick Time.
